Anthony Metten is the founder and CEO of WinVision. He is relentlessly dedicated to helping individuals identify and fulfill their professional and athletic endurance vision in alignment with their values, ethics and dedication.

As a senior vice president with Citibank, Anthony sought to create a “People Matter” mentality within the company. This effort led him to establish WinVision on the belief that people, not profits, are what drive the success of an organization.

Anthony has served as both a coach and mentor in many different industries. He has provided career coaching services to organizations such as Adobe, JP Morgan Chase, Perlegen, Gap Inc., Elan Pharmaceuticals and the city of San Jose. He is currently associated with Santa Clara University’s MBA Career Management Department, DBM and Workforce Institute.

Anthony is a frequent speaker on the topic of professionalism, leadership and sports psychology and has delivered presentations before Santa Clara University, the Metropolitan Education District, Mission Valley ROP, San Jose City College, Evergreen College, Work2Future, Integrate Performance, and Silicon Valley Triathlon Club, among others.

A current Certified Coach with the ICF (International Coach Federation), Anthony has previously served as treasurer and board member of Campbell Kiwanis Club, board member of the Los Altos Chamber of Commerce and member of the Los Altos Economic Development Committee.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology / Career Development at Santa Clara University.

An avid health seeker, Anthony participates in triathlons and half marathons, and is a Century (100-mile) cycling coach, as well as the sports psychology coach for Integrate Fitness.
